Sabrina Hilaire is a London based Gospel artist. She is a also songwriter, producer and vocal coach.
Sabrina has certainly been through tough times in her life but now thankfully through God she uses those experiences to minister healing in her songs, specifically to broken Women. Her EP titled ‘Gods Music’ recieved excellent reviews; with sultry, dynamic vocals, head bopping beats, and lyrics that will reach every area of your life. It has been described as an “ECLECTIC BLEND OF GOSPEL”.
It’s so refreshing to hear a new up and coming artist creating the music they love to do and doing it their way. When music is made out of purpose and passion then in my book it’s definitely worth a listen.
Regardless of what’s happening in the mainstream music industry and whatever the latest regurgitated sound being pumped out to the masses is, if you can still sound relevant but have a deeper message to send within your music then it’s a winning combination. That’s exactly how I felt when I first came across Nathan Jarrelle. Awesome music and wholesome content.
We caught up with Nathan so let’s hear from the man himself as he shares his story so far…
This weeks new beat is called “123”
It’s an old school boom bap beat reminiscent of something you’d hear in early 90’s Hip Hop. Funky bassline, some wah guitar hits and rhodes keys in there.
As always, I’d love to hear what you do with the beat! If it’s hot we’ll put in on the website.
It’s as easy as …123 ! It really is so click the link below and get your bars ready!
This weeks new beat is called “Bath”
Don’t ask me why it’s called that but it was a working title and it just stuck!
It’s an Old School Boom Bap Beat similar to something you’d hear in 90’s Hip Hop – I’ve been making a lot of these lately so I hope you like the sound. The drums are gritty, full of swing with a basic kick – snare shuffle and there’s a nice organ lead melody driving the beat.
Click the link below to have a listen and give us a thumbs up if you’re feeling it.
Once you record something to it send it over, I’d love to have a listen.
This week we feature up-and-coming rapper and singer InderPaul Sandhu from London. I caught him on the Feed ‘EM Sessions Cypher and was impressed with what I heard. The man’s got skills!
InderPaul has been Mc’ing for just under two years and singing for over a year now. He has a serious passion for outreach and as a result of this works with the youth in a semi independent care unit. He also volunteers in prison outreach and PRU’s (pupil referral units).
